The inventor of the progressive cavity pump (PCP), PCM was founded in 1932. The PCM Group is today one of the world's leading suppliers of fluid processing solutions and equipment for the Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Industrial sectors.

Initial situation

A project was underway with an integrator for an Office 365 migration. We started the support assignment with PCM through the O365 enterprise agreement and as we learned to work together, our partnership grew.

The solution

We have been supporting and advising PCM through a single contact point since we started working together. We provide PCM with customised advices on issues involving their IT strategy: desktop security, O365 optimisation, infrastructure virtualisation, and workstation updates.

Results

The group’s international licensing management was transferred to Bechtle Comsoft.
